Abingdon Health is pleased to announce the team will be supporting Birmingham St Mary's Hospice (St Mary's) and Sands, Stillbirth and neonatal death charity (Sands) in 2020. This will be the 5th year of supporting these two worthy charities.
St Mary’s is an independent adult hospice caring annually for over 1,000 people with terminal illnesses across Birmingham and Sandwell.
Sands offer emotional and practical support to anyone who has lost a baby or babies during pregnancy, at birth or shortly afterwards.
Abingdon Health is committed to supporting the invaluable work St Mary's and Sands do. This is extremely important to every member of the Abingdon Health team. Throughout 2020 we will take part in some great fundraising events, some straightforward and some a little more interesting! If anyone living in the Birmingham or York areas want to join us on some of our outdoor events, feel free to contact us.
In 2019 Abingdon Health raised approximately £1,300.00 for St Mary's and Sands. This year the hope is to surpass this total.
