Abingdon Health is looking for commercial partners, who are active in the molecular biology field, for our nucleic acid lateral flow immunoassay, PCRD, which can be used as a rapid and safe alternative to using DNA agarose gel electrophoresis.
What is PCRD Nucleic Acid Detection?
PCRD is a nucleic acid lateral flow immunoassay designed to detect and make visible the successful amplification of target DNA sequences. PCRD is a multiplex assay which detects amplicons labelled with DIG/Biotin and/or FITC (or FAM)/Biotin, with the addition of a control line.
Advantages of using PCRD?
Compatible amplification methods
PCRD nucleic acid detectors can be used with various methods of amplification:
More information about PCRD can be found by downloading our nucleic acid lateral flow assay brochure.
