Our story
Abingdon Health was founded with a clear objective: to make it faster and simpler for organisations to bring diagnostic tests and medical devices to market. From our headquarters at the York Biotech Campus, we have grown into a multi-site, multi-disciplinary group that supports clients from initial concept through regulatory approval to commercial-scale manufacturing.
What sets us apart is the breadth of capability under one roof. Our Diagnostics division handles assay development and manufacturing. Our Analytical division provides the laboratory testing and stability studies that underpin every regulatory submission. And our AI & MedTech division provides regulatory and quality consultancy, helping medical device and IVD manufacturers reach and stay on the market in the UK, EU and USA.
Listed on AIM since 2017, Abingdon Health works with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, government bodies and NGOs across the world. Every engagement is backed by ISO 13485 quality management and a team of specialists who understand the regulatory landscape as well as the science.
