President & CCO
Chris Yates became President of Abingdon Health USA Inc. and the CCO for the Abingdon Health group after his ten-year tenure as Abingdon Health’s CEO 2015 – 2025.
He originally co-founded Abingdon Health with Dr Chris Hand in 2008, and had been a non-executive of the company before his appointment as CEO.
Prior to Abingdon Health, Chris held CFO positions in two medical diagnostic groups, both AIM-listed, Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC and Cozart plc.
Max Duckworth

Max Duckworth is a Director of Abingdon Health USA, Inc., and shareholder in Abingdon Health plc.
He co-founded MaSa Partners, an impact investment venture, and has held board and advisory roles with a number of healthcare and other companies.
Max was previously a senior executive holding a number of commercial leadership positions at Constellation Energy, a Fortune 250 company.
He has a BSc in Physics from Imperial College London and an MA in Physics from Boston University, and is based in Madison, WI, USA.
